At Rock Wit Me LLC, your satisfaction matters to us. While many of our products are handcrafted, we understand that issues may occur. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, exchanges, or store credit may be issued.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unburned, and unopened

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You provide clear photos and your order number

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used, burned, or altered products

  • Items damaged due to improper use or failure to follow safety instructions

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Wholesale, bulk, or preorder purchases

  • Gift cards

Exchanges & Store Credit

If preferred, approved claims may be resolved through an exchange or store credit instead of a refund. Store credit has no cash value and must be used toward a future purchase.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was caused by Rock Wit Me LLC.

Return Process

To request a refund, exchange, or store credit:

  1. Email us at hello@rockwitmellc.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending any items back

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Wholesale & Preorder Items

All wholesale, bulk, and preorder items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
